An Innovative Home Staging consultation gives us an opportunity to get to know the homeowner and to identify their goals and expectations. We tour the home, room-by-room, to help the homeowner see each room as a buyer would. As we evaluate the home’s best features and any challenges, we can transform your property to a lifestyle that sells, and one the owner can also live with. We can cater our services to fit any budget.
Consultation and Proposal
We will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions.” If time allows, we will visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home. The consultation will be followed up with a proposal for further staging services, as needed, in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for their home.
Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. The Innovative Home Staging Consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories, if necessary, in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase, if necessary.
Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home and photos for your agents marketing efforts.
New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend
(Includes Completed Action Plan) This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! An Innovative Home Staging Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. The Consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
Shopping Service
If accessories need to be purchased for your home, together, we’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room. As a Certified Professional Home Stager, we are fortunate to receive designer discounts at many area shops.
Home Set-up and Redesign (for new home buyers)
This service is available to new home buyers. The service will focus on using the owner's existing furniture and accessories. This is a great way to get a "refreshed look" in your new home!
Home Repairs, Improvements or Renovations
We can provide a quote for repairs, improvements or renovation projects needed to increase the value and appeal of your home. Services include all phases of home improvement from painting and repairs, to full bathroom and kitchen remodels. Do you have unfinished projects? We can complete them for you too. RE-HAB Consultation & Shopping Service
If you have a house that needs re-hab, this service is like having your OWN personal construction assistant! We will meet you at the property and assist you in the selection of colors, flooring, trim, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, lighting fixtures, doors, hardware. etc. Everything you need to make your construction project a success!
